These pilot terms describe how Detailing Hub handles workspace access and business data during early product use. They are intentionally concise and may be replaced by formal legal terms before broader availability.
Privacy
Detailing Hub stores account, business, customer, vehicle, work order, inventory, and finance data needed to operate the product. Access is limited to authenticated users in the applicable business workspace and operational support paths configured by the product owner.
Use Of The Service
Use Detailing Hub only for lawful business operations and keep account credentials secure. Do not upload content that you do not have permission to store or share through the service.
Pilot Availability
During the pilot period, features may change as workflows are refined. Data handling and access controls should remain aligned with the business workspace model already built into the application.
